Ty sinamon is the BIG house in Bala North Wales at the edge of the Snowdonia National Park located in the heart of a great range of places to visit and things to do. Ty sinamon is the result of 2 years searching for the property to fulfil the vision of creating a quality self catering accommodation for large groups, families and corporate team events.

Ground Floor

The Lounge has a large bay window overlooking the valley and furnished with large sofas and a 42in LCD TV. The Dining Room table seats 16 adults and the room has large windows opening out to a small veranda to the front of the house.

The Shaker Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, 6 burner cooker, fridge freezer plus additional fridge. The kitchen retains the original Victorian lighting and striped pine doors.

There is a Games Room with Giant Jenga & Giant Connect 4.

Cloak Room & Wetroom
Enter Ty sinamon through the large Cloak Room where there is plenty of space for coats, boots and outer kit. There is also a Wet Room complete with toilet and shower, washing machine and a washing hanging area.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The house has 7 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms over 2 floors which will accommodate upto 16/18 adults (beds 17 and 18 are 2.6ft foldaway beds) in single beds.

There are 5 twins that can be zip and linked to make 5 double beds if required.

Garden
The well stocked garden is South West facing on a 3 level terrace with pond plus residential gold fish (not for the BBQ!). Level 1 is gravel with a BBQ area plus access to the Games Room. Level 2 has a small Gazebo and the upper pond and Level 3 has a small decked area with bench.
