During the last 15 years of organising activity breaks in North Wales, we realised that there was limited accommodation for large family groups or weekend availability for activity groups. So in 2009, a property became available which we have now established as a great venue getaway.

Ty Sinamon is an impressive Victorian House overlooking Bala and only a 5 minute walk into town. The house has recently undergone a refurbishment throughout giving the interior a clean fresh feel contrasting with the traditional Victorian features. The house is very spacious with large rooms, high ceilings, Giant Games to play, FREE Wifi, Sky TV, a BBQ area in the lovely manicured back garden. See more images of the House

The exclusivity and independence of Ty sinamon with the privacy of your own large self catering venue is perfect for groups of friends, families and small team meetings.

Ty sinamon is not suitable as a party venue as the house is semi detached.

Ty sinamon is let for weekend activity breaks, week holidays and suitable for small corporate team meetings in North Wales.

The house is perfectly situated for 15 different activities within a 30 minute drive (The Canolfan Tryweryn Rafting centre is 10 minutes drive). Bala Lake is a 15 minute walk away, the beach at Barmouth is 45 minutes drive and Mount Snowdon is 75 minutes away. There are a range of walks to enjoy and we supply route maps for you.
